The Business Manager is responsible for all financial, contractual and strategic management of the practice.

The Practice Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the patient services including supervision of the Reception/Admin Team.  

Both managers support the GPs and staff by ensuring the correct equipment and systems are in place to provide high quality patient care.

Our Patient Advisors provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide information on our services and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. They book most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as supporting the clinical staff, dealing with prescription enquiries, issuing repeat prescriptions, maintaining patient records and registration status.

When you call the Practice our Patient Advisors may ask for a brief description of your symptoms, so they can ensure you get the right help from the right person at the right time.

Practice Administrator

Our Practice Administrator provides administrative and secretarial support to the Practice team. To assist in the smooth running of the Practice.
