Covid Vaccinations

The Practice was responsible for the vaccination of the ambulant over 80 years of age cohort.  All those over 80 years of age who we have been able to contact have been vaccinated.  If your 80th birthday is on or before 31st March 2021 and you have not received a call from the practice offering you an appointment for the vaccine, please telephone the Health Centre on 01899 220383.

In the meantime we would be grateful if you do not call the practice with questions about the Covid vaccine, we will update this page when new information becomes available.  If you do need to contact us about Covid vaccines, we would prefer you email if possible to:

Other priority groups will be vaccinated by NHS Lanarkshire and clinics commenced during the first week of February 2021. Patients will be sent appointment letters direct.

If you believe your priority group has been vaccinated and you have not received an invite for an appointment, you can call the helpline below, however please be patient and do not call until you have read the information on the NHS Lanarkshire website and the priority group you belong to has been vaccinated.

We have been informed that patients registered in the practice who reside in the Scottish Borders will be offered an appointment in the NHS Lanarkshire clinics, however we are aware there have been some issues for that group of patients who can also contact the NHS Borders helpline on the number below:

Flu Vaccination Clinics 2020-21 Season

If you expect to have a flu vaccination and haven’t received your appointment, you should contact the helpline to request an appointment.
